Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a remodel usually take?

Timelines depend on project size and complexity. A bathroom remodel typically takes 2–4 weeks, while a full kitchen remodel may run 4–8 weeks. Tile installation jobs (like flooring or backsplashes) are usually done in a few days. We create a clear schedule before starting, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Do I need to buy the materials or do you supply them?

Either option works. Many clients prefer us to supply everything tile, grout, thinset, waterproofing systems, fixtures so it’s one less headache. If you already have materials picked out, we can install them as long as they meet industry standards. We’ll always recommend the right products to match your design, budget, and warranty needs.

Show me the project cost?

Every remodel is custom. Pricing depends on square footage, materials chosen, and whether plumbing or electrical work is involved. We provide detailed written estimates that break down labor, materials, and optional upgrades. This way, you can see exactly where every dollar goes before we begin.

Will I still be able to use the kitchen/bathroom during the remodel?

Usually, no. During demolition and installation, the space will be out of service. For bathrooms, we suggest clients plan around alternate facilities. For kitchens, we recommend setting up a temporary “mini kitchen” with a microwave and fridge in another room. We work quickly and schedule efficiently to minimize downtime.

do you offer warranty on your work?

Yes. We provide a standard 1-year installation warranty that covers workmanship and installation issues. Many of the products we use like Schluter waterproofing systems or quartz countertops also carry manufacturer warranties. Our goal is to leave you with a remodel that looks great and lasts for years.

what if unexpected issues pop up during the project?

It’s common to uncover surprises like water damage behind a shower wall or outdated plumbing. If that happens, we stop, show you exactly what’s going on, and provide an updated scope and price before moving forward. No hidden charges, no guesswork.

Can you help with design choices?

Absolutely. We’ll walk you through tile options, layouts, grout colors, and fixture styles. If you want a full design service, we also partner with designers who can create 3D renderings so you see the finished look before we start.

How do the payments work?

We typically require a deposit to lock in your start date, a progress payment once work begins, and the balance when the project is complete. Larger remodels may have additional milestone payments. This structure keeps everything fair work stays on track, and you only pay as the project moves forward.
